Shannon Deminick	ea54997bb7	Updates Document class to ensure that omitCacheRefresh is false for all unpublish operations. Removes all calls in the codebase ... to library.UnPublishSingleNode as the logic will be automatically handled by events when un-publishing an item. Obsoletes library calls - UnPublishSingleNode, UpdateDocumentCache since they are no longer needed to be called explicitly, cache refreshing will happen automatically with event subscription.	2013-02-11 05:47:25 +06:00
