* Use proper grunt-umbraco-package task
* Use new structure for --target, eliminate deploy step by making `dist` configurable
* Move package files to /config/
* Cleanup watch/copy tasks, add atBegin: true
* Prevent "cleaning" non-local destinations (dangerous?)
* Cleanup full/base path config
* Whitespace, misc
